This beautiful baronial estate has a history dating back to the 15th century. It was originally owned by Sir James Smollett who carried out extensive renovations, turning the historic building into the luxurious hotel it is today. Cameron House then stayed within the Smollett family for three centuries before being sold multiple times, finally ending up in the care of American firm KSL Capital Partners, who still own it today.
