The premises themselves were very well maintained, with a calming and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that contributed positively to the overall ambiance. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, which greatly enhanced the experience.
The treatment I received was satisfactory and delivered with care. On arrival, we were provided with robes and slippers—however, it's worth noting that these items were only available in one standard size, which may not be suitable for all guests and could be improved with more size options for greater comfort.
That being said, there were several small but notable issues that slightly detracted from the overall experience. The pool area, for example, was unfortunately overcrowded, and due to a lack of available seating, we were unable to use the facilities during our visit. This was a disappointment, especially given that use of the pool is typically one of the highlights of a spa break.
The relaxation room was elegantly designed and comfortable, but it was rather small. As a group of three, we found that we occupied nearly half the space. When others entered, it became difficult to maintain a private conversation, and the room quickly felt crowded.
Similarly, the sauna had only three beds available. This limited capacity meant that guests were often left waiting in the relaxation room for a chance to use the facilities, with no guarantee of getting a turn—something that could be addressed either by expanding the space or implementing a booking system to manage access.
In terms of dining, while the food itself was of a reasonable quality, the menu felt limited, offering only three options each for starters, mains, and desserts. This restricted choice may not cater well to all preferences. Additionally, the dining tables were quite small and not well-suited for groups larger than two, which affected our comfort during meals.
One final point of note was the layout of the facility. To access the changing rooms or pool, guests were required to walk past the reception and gym areas in their robes and slippers. This felt somewhat uncomfortable and lacked the privacy one might expect in a spa setting.
