    Excellent
Throughly enjoyed the spa treatment . The room was outstanding. I loved the hot stone massage and aromatherapy. I would definitely use the spa again.

We attended an afternoon tea and spa experience. On arrival we went to reception, the lady was not overly helpful with telling anything. Just pointed where we we needed to go. We though we would leave our swimwear in the lockers while we ate, but the lockers were not able to be used, so had to carry all our bags with us. The afternoon tea itself and the service in the restaurant was lovely. We then went off to the spa. We had to ask to be provided with the towels robes and slippers, the receptionist seemed quite put out that we were asking for these. We were given the towels and robes, but they had no slippers available, which is not acceptable as they are part of the package and we didn't take spa footwear with us for this reason. We had to go down some stairs that was lit by an extremely dingy dark stand up lamp with the cable trailing on the stairs, very dangerous. Then when we got to the bottom we couldn't gain access so had to go back to reception to be given a key. Once we did get access the changing rooms were not overly clean. The shower cubicles were just about big enough for a child with horrible shower curtains that stick to you when trying to wash. We then entered the spa area, which was a small pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. There isn't rally much I can say positive about this. The seats around the pool were not very clean, there were tiles missing from the floor inside the sauna and all round the jacuzzi. The only way to get the jacuzzi to work was by keep getting out and switching the power on and off at the wall. There was absolutely no one around checking the safety of guests. Over all, I would not recommend the spa at all.

    Very Good
We had a back and neck massage included in our package. There was slight confusion over the timings of our treatments from the hotel reception however the spa staff were extremely accommodating and friendly and saw us as soon as they were available. The treatment room had a lovely relaxing vibe with beautiful aromas. I highly recommend the massage - it did the trick! The leisure facilities were separate from the treatment rooms. It included a large pool, wooden sauna and jaccuzi as shown in the photos. The jaccuzi could have been slightly hotter but overall it was a great experience.

    Good
The staff had some confusion about my arrival time, the Leisure facility was not pleasant, it was tired & gloomy & water in pool & spa was cold. The treatments area was good & massage was enjoyable as was the cream tea. It should not be advertised for a spa day.
