    We enjoyed our time at the spa — it was clean, well-maintained, and the facilities were pleasant to use. However, there was no prior communication about our treatment times; we were only given a general time for facility access upon arrival.

    Lovely spa, would definitely go again. Facilities were lovely too, clean and nice products. It was perhaps a little over crowded in places. We ordered some mocktails and were charged an additional 10% service which I felt a little cheeky as they didn’t have all the ingredients and therefore had to change what was in mine. Our package included a cream tea. We had not had lunch as we thought this would include sandwiches and cake but in fact it was just two scones. One to be aware of. These are all just points to note as I would book this spa again.

    This was our first experience of a spa day and we thoroughly enjoyed our special day. The venue was fabulous and the staff were great making us feel at ease and special. I also would like to thank SpaBreaks and the Brooklands Hotel for accommodation a change of date due to unforeseen circumstances. Will be returning next year.
