    Honest review of the spa… All the staff we encountered were lovely, professional and helpful and showed us around. The spa is fine for an hour or two but it is very small and the changing rooms are tiny. I recommend going just after your time slot to avoid the busy time or you’ll barely have any space to get changed! Note, there are no cubicles to get changed in, just the small open space where the lockers are. The outdoor jacuzzi is fine, holds about 6 people comfortably, ceiling above it is very low and most people bump their head at least once! 6 sunloungers on the balcony outside are fixed and can’t be moved- they’re staggered which does make it difficult to talk to the person next to you. Infared sauna, sauna and steam room were good but the “Himalayan salt room” appears to have 2 walls of tiles that look like an authentic salt room but appear to just have a light behind them. I’ve been to several genuine salt rooms before and you can felt and taste the salt in the air - unlike this one. All in all it is fairly good value for 3 hours but not somewhere I would return to. Be aware that parking is £7 for your session too and make sure you register your car when you arrive as it is run by an external parking company who will fine you heavily if you forget.

    Due to availability, my daughter and I had to flexible with the treatment times we booked via a 3rd party. Bspa communicated very clearly with me and was very accommodating. Welcome arrival with a good brief regarding our time at the spa. Thank you Ella. My daughter also had her treatment with Ella and enjoyed her experience. (only just 18 years the spa and the treatment was a lovely experience for her). The facilities where clean the people about were all very friendly. We had a very enjoyable evening and felt very relaxed while there and when we came home.

    The only critique is having to pay for the car park. You shouldn’t have to pay for it if you are using the facilities and it was very expensive £7 for 3 hours!
