    Lovely spa day-they do have a bit of a logistics problem though with groups arriving and leaving at the same time. It was complete carnage in the women’s changing room with people queueing to get into showers and simply no space to move resulting in us having to change in the toilet cubicles and stand around for ages as they simply wasn’t enough space. Real pity though as it’s a nice spa and the staff was very friendly.

    This was our first spa experience and it was a great one for first time spa goers. The lady at the front desk showed us around and explained what was in each of the rooms. It was really relaxing and calm.

    Lovely hotel and spa, the therapy rooms are lovely. It was very busy though which meant the jacuzzi was very busy and cold and a wait for the sunlight room.

    Had a lovely spa day with my daughter and granddaughter it was a present from my son. It was terrible weather outside but lovely and cosy inside overall great experience.
