    This spa is small but perfectly formed. For a solo spa session it was perfect. The ambience is great - very tranquil - and the facilities are exactly what you need. It's really clean, staff are friendly and welcoming, and the process to use everything was easy. I didn't have any treatments or food so can't comment on those. I would definitely go again - but maybe not as part of a larger group simply because of how small it is as a venue.

    An absolutely beautiful spa in old bank vaults, giving it a decadent atmosphere and making me feel like a roman empress. The treatment was scrumptious and fully explained. Perfect day!

    Lovely treatment. Facilities good. Did get quite busy in pool area at times. Would probably limit numbers able to use facilities at any one time. Food was good but not everything on menu available.

    Great experience, treatments were amazing. Fantastic facilities, although the pool area was a little claustrophobic and small. Disappointed with the communications as had no idea what time my treatments or lunch was for, just an email to say we could use the facilities between 2pm - 6pm.
