The hotel offers some accessible bedrooms, parking, meeting spaces and restaurants; the pool entrance is accessible however the lift does not go to the pool level and the gym is not accessible for wheelchairs. Guide dogs are permitted.

The spa itself is not near where you have a treatment meaning you have to walk through a bar in your robe and costume. Didn’t feel very comfortable. The spa itself has a jacuzzi, steam and sauna. All need updating. The steam room was bright with lights and felt a bit smelly. The treatment was ok. The therapist hardly spoke to us and clearly didn’t want to be there. It all felt a bit dated.

Absolutely amazing, massage was beautiful. The lady who told us how everything worked with the swimming and guided us where to go next was very helpful and polite!

Would not recommend for a spa day. The treatment was great and worth the price we paid however I feel we were falsely sold a relaxing spa day when it wasn’t the case. It was simply a pool with a few loungers with children having swimming lessons and a hot tub. The bar was full of golfers and was not a relaxing experience. The treatment was the only good part of the day.

The whole hotel is quite dated. The food was great though. Lots of things missing. No robes in room, interconnecting door open, bathroom very dated and tap broken

The hotel was really nice, our room was incredible. Huge room with an incredible view, really nice for a romantic overnight break. The restaurant meal was nice, it was quite basic and the food was serviceable but nothing special. The hotel did unfortunately didn't provide the bottle of champagne I ordered prior to check in (through spa breaks), they had been in touch and I had asked for the bottle in the room but it wasn't provided. I then asked for it in the restaurant and it still wasn't provided so I have asked for a refund, the hotel has said they will refund the money but that was a minor disappointment. Room service was also incredibly slow, it took around 90 minutes to order a few cans of pop. Im sure the issues we had with service were just an anomaly and it didn't impact the stay, it was a very nice hotel and I would definitely go back.

This is the first time we have visited this breadsall marriott hotel and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival we felt as though we were in a luxurious setting and that it was going to be amazing, the grounds were vast and well maintained, the staff couldn't do enough to help and the cleanliness was a 10/10 for us .The room that we stayed in was really clean and a very good size, we found it to have all the facilities that we needed for our stay. The food was of a very high standard and well presented both for evening meals and breakfast the next day and an amazing variety. We will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend to everyone.well done everyone.

The views were amazing, the only thing I wasn’t keen on was the room, not really to my taste as I think they’re a bit dated. But that’s my personal preference, I would have liked mine a little bit more up to date. I can’t fault anything else tho, it was all to a very high standard.

The hotel is in a nice location and has great views of the golf course and surrounding countryside. However, the facilities and food was very average, and the restaurant service was slow and inefficient. Overall, the stay was comfortable but by no means memorable.
