    My partner and I joined Brandshatch Place for our anniversary this year and it exceeded all our expectations! We arrived before check in to make use of the spa, where we were promptly and kindly given a tour of the facilities. We were given towels and shown where the facilities were (which were amazing), and enjoyed our time in the pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi before our treatments. The treatments we had included a 55-minute back, shoulder and neck massage + express facial. The masseuse were excellent, asking what pressure was preferred and making sure we were comfortable throughout. It was a thoroughly relaxing experience that both my partner and I nearly fell asleep during! As well as the two treatments we booked, we were both given a head massage at the end which topped the treatment off. Once finished, we were shown to the relaxation room by the friendly staff which was perfect to have after a peaceful treatment. There was also an amber lounge which we loved next door to the relaxation room, which had complimentary hot drinks, water, and biscuits! Couldn’t recommend this spa more, we even got chatting with one of the spa members during our stay and he was telling us how much he loved it too, so definitely somewhere we need to return!

    Needs some updating. Loungers not so comfortable by pool. Treatments and relaxation rooms excellent. Made very welcome for the day

    We had a full body massage and a pedicure. Both treatments were relaxing and well informed. Claire, who carried out my pedicure made me feel very relaxed (first time having a pedicure) and aware of each step of the procedure. She was warm and chatty and after I was initially quite nervous, made me feel totally taken care of and relaxed. I am looking forward to my next pedicure with gusto. My husband had a full body massage he said it was good. In men talk that's an excellent review!
