    The spa was lovely with a relaxation room to sit in before and after treatments. The pool had no loungers, just chairs. The 50 minute massage was incredible, so good.

    I'm sorry but I was initially really disappointed, I arrived in reception at 10.00, my treatment was at 11.25, I was told to wait for the spa staff to come and get me. They didn't come until 11.35, so I sat in reception all that time. I wasn't shown to the spa to use the facilities before my treatment and I wasn't spoken to with regard to my treatment being delayed. When I got home I had an email sent at 10.30 to say the treatment time had been changed. My experience was totally lacking personal care and thought, why didn't the staff have the decencyto speak to me. It has really put me off going again. On the other hand, the staff and afternoon tea was great!

    This I must Say is the Best Experience I have ever had as a Spabreak, me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.We both had the full body massage, which both of us agreed this had to be the Best massage we have ever had. Plus the staff were always very happy and nothing was to much double for them. The whole Experience was Top Notch..
