    I had an excellent day at Billesley. It was my birthday and the staff made it extra special for me and arranged a surprise with my family which was lovely. My treatment was amazing and I was very well looked after.

    I went here as a one off spa day for my sisters birthday. We got there and we were greeted with smiles, was given directions and offered any further help. The facilities were very nice, really looked after and maintained. Would love to go back.

    Great overall experience; the treatment rooms are a bit noisy thanks to being near an access corridor and staff did make an error on treatments which they flagged to us for some reason (not sure why we needed to hear about their error?) but from booking to attending the experience was really positive and I would definitely come back!

    We were greeted with a warm welcome at reception from Holly who was extremely helpful and informative about about our spa day. We were handed robes and towels to enjoy the pool. The sauna was a little small and steam not working but it didn’t detract from our day. We both had facials from Hannah who again was fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful and made you feel at ease. I would highly recommend her. Our afternoon was very generous and we even took home the surplus of what we couldn’t eat. Sandwiches and cakes were fresh and tasty. I would happily recommend to my friends. An enjoyable day.
