    The head massage by Max was lovely however, my mum had a manicure and was left to it at the end. her nails were not checked before she left and all nail polish ended up coming off leaving them looking in bad condition! therapist was lovely but more care needs to be taken

    We had a lovely day in the spa everyone was friendly the only issue was that both saunas inside and outside weren’t working also the steam room which was wasn’t notified about before our spa evening also we was located in the male changing rooms which no one told us about until we spoke to a member who confirmed they swap them over every now and then and my mum who I took needed to use the bathroom and it was signed as male. The worst part was the food we waited over 40 minutes for it to come out and when it did it was cold both dinners the plate was hotter than the food we had to complain which they would warm it up said we would have to wait for a brand new dinner.
