    Lovely spa day but there is room for improvement. The steam room wasn’t working and we weren’t told beforehand. The jets in the outdoor hot tub weren’t working and no staff around to help. More healthy options for lunch would be nice. The therapist also talked through one of our treatments which meant we couldn’t relax.

    I had a very good time at this spa. The twilight retreat included a very impressive afternoon tea, followed by 4 hours of access to the spa and included a 25 minute treatment. I found the spa facilities to be clean and well maintained. I was happy to find a ladies only sauna within the ladies changing area as the sauna in the main wet area was very busy. The steam room in the other hand was very quiet. The outdoor area has a hot tub which is great, although access in and out of it is tricky so another step and rail to assist the ease of this would really help.The staff were all very friendly and informative. The relaxation room was a nice space to relax. I really enjoyed the evening.

    Overall our Spa Break at Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa was wonderful. The Staff and Therapists (in particular Tasha and Daniela) were helpful, pleasant and genuinely interested in making sure our day was as perfect as possible. The initial introduction, however, was rushed and not as informative as it could have been. The food (lunch) was lovely, we had pate and calamari for starters with pan fried chicken and salad with chicken for main (a big well done to the chef). The views from the restaurant, looking across the golf course and water hazard, were amazing. The facilities, including sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, hydro spa, pool, foot spas and changing rooms were extremely clean, easy to use and very accessible. My wife and I would definitely recommend Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa. We are already thinking about arranging another spa day or may be a break next time.
