- Cold in the changing rooms,showers out of date and grubby. No lockable lockers ,however was given an alternative to leave bags etc in the rest room,this meant walking through the reception wet through ! Sauna not working properly,hot tub not working,so disappointing Treatment, ok ,not the best ,no water offered after treatments, Rest room chairs sunk down ,padding had worn Having to pay for hot mediocre drinks All-in all very disappointing,this is the worst spa I have ever been to.
- Spa treatments were really good and staff were nice. The place is a health risk though, not a health club. Sauna and jacuzzi didn't work and gym looked like something from 1950s Russia. Building leaking everywhere.

- Very tired hotel,damp,paint peeling of the walls and ceilings . Bathrooms grubby ,windows can't be opened in the bedroom . The spa facilities are abysmal,grubby old showers, hot tub not working,sauna not working properly,had to keep walking backwards and forwards for bags /clothes as no lockable lockers. The rest area chairs are not fit to lie on as they sink down too far . Treatment ok ,not the best facial ever ,not offered a glass of water after . I don't know how the staff cope working in such conditions,they were the stars if the stay,front desk , restaurant and in the spa,
- Hotel is awful. Plaster falling from ceilings, damp all over the walls to the point that it's probably a health hazard. Checked out within an hour of arriving.
- Excellent service from all staff , had a lovely spa weekend experience , hotel was very clean although quite dated , food was excellent , spa treatments were also very good
