A brilliant morning from my partner. We both loved every minute of it. The only slight issue was not finding the hotel, but finding the spa inside the hotel which was not clearly marked and along lots of corridors!

Spa facilities were excellent. Our included treatment was the best we’ve ever had abs the therapists were so professional and kind. The hamam experience was also great.

The spa is lovely, all the facilities were as described, the outdoor pools were also lovely, the amazing weather helped! The Zen garden was surprisingly really good and very relaxing. My massage was also amazing.

The Sea View room was spectacular, very well set out, plenty of room and bed was very comfortable.

Very nice indeed, especially as the weather was so good it made the view even more spectacular! Very clean, comfortable room with a large TV, could have been further up the wall to be more comfortable to view when you are lying down. Hotel signage was a little confusing, Spa sign pointing in the wrong direction and no signs on either restaurant or directions how to get to them. It would have been really nice to have somebody playing the piano but sadly no! Our Ogo meal was pretty sensational apart from the puddings, both 2/10, really let the meal down. Sorbet dish tiny portion and almost melted before it arrived and pancakes totally dry, they needed a jug of sauce on the side. They came with slab of blue cheese which I'm not a huge fan of, it would have been nice to have another sweet option to go with the pancakes. Staff overall very pleasant but I didn't appreciate being asked to pay our bill on departure when I had already paid in full a week before we arrived.

Gorgeous hotel inside, lovely decor. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic. Our room was overlooking the car park so this was a bit noisy, but the room was very comfortable, good beds and facilities.

We found it quite disorganised. No one explained where dinner was or that we had to book it. The first night we werent given an option for which restaurant to eat and they didnt decorate my partners plate for his birthday as promised over the phone. Room was clean and a good size but very basic. Main areas of hotel floors were quite dirty and decor a bit tired and basic felt like a premier inn in some areas. Breakfast was nice but chaotic. Lack of utensils and plates sometimes. At the end of our stay the staff had no record of our voucher and it took 40 minutes to sort out. Dinner at the herring was lovely.
