    Everything was fine. Nothing special nothing awful. One disappointing thing was the towel robe and flip flop hire. Normally these would be included in the price. My visit was a gift so I was shocked to be asked to pay for these and as I unfortunately didn’t read the small print I arrived unprepared. Apart from that the rest was ok and the treatments were very good. I won’t rush back though and I’m not tempted to swap from my current spa\fitness facilities.

    Overall the spa was ok, Of the Jacuzzis were not working. A class was going on in the pool while we were trying to swim and relax which became quite distracting especially with the music. There wasn’t alot else to use or do especially for the price. The treatment room was still fairly lit so quite difficult to relax. Was also not asked what i wanted to achieve with my treatment, if the pressure was ok and if there are any areas I wanted to be focused on ect. Was also not advised any products or treatments after

    Jacuzzi and steam room were lovely and the pool side facilities and changing rooms were clean and tidy. Spa treatment was not good at all. There was a dirty towel under the bed that I saw when I put my head in the hole for my massage, not to mention I was sat waiting in reception for over 10ish ahead of my appointment time (as per their main reception desk instruction) but no one was around, then three members of staff emerged from a room all on their mobile phone at the exact time my appointment was due to commence. It was only after my treatment, that I discovered all other customers had 10mins ahead of treatment in the ‘Relaxation room’ with a refreshment. I had never been to the spa before so had no idea this existed.

    Absolutely wonderful day celebrating my friend's birthday. The only criticism was that the peg on top row of lockers were too high...I couldnt reach the peg! (I am 5'2) and there were no lower level lockers available. Other than that, top notch. Super friendly, obliging staff, both on the phone and in person. I've booked to go again for a spa treatment later this month. :) thank you!
