- Very friendly and welcoming staff. Facilities are well maintained and clean.
- I had massage which was great, but girl at reception was chewing gum, so I could not understand what she was saying, I could even see her chewing gum it's just rude.
- Therapists were really nlgood and welcoming
- The staff was good but grossly overworked as they move from one role to the next causing disruption. Issues about the massages were resolved only after being g persistent prior visit. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the spa and will visit again
- This spa day was a gift from my husband. I attended with a friend and we couldn’t have been looked after any better. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the facilities were fabulous and the treatment we had was professional. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing day.
