    Excellent
First thought was how friendly the reception guy was very helpful didn’t mind taking his time to help with all the questions I was asking as my first time at a spa day. Lovely people had a fantastic time. Great massage and the girls were absolutely brilliant. Definitely going to rebook again with my mum to do another one. Thank you so much loved it.

    Good
Can’t fault the treatments - they were great. But the sauna and steam room are both very small and a bit tired looking, and it’s a shame that the pool is taken up most of the day with aqua and kids swimming. Not very relaxing.

+ive Great facilities on site. Friendly staff -ive Food/drink prices are quite high. 10-minute deduction for consultation is excessive, as the chat took only 2-3 minutes at the most.
