    Very Good
We had a fantastic day, staff wee friendly and welcoming and attended to all our needs and made us feel special. The only problem we found was the continuous looped music everywhere. I did ask if I could have my treatments without the music but was told that wasn’t possible as it was streamed everywhere. I know everyone has there preferences but I would have preferred no music or a longer loop in the music as by the end of the day I didn’t feel relaxed. I did mention it to a few staff and other guests and they all agreed. My other concern was the food, it wasn’t very good. The service was perfect but the quality was poor.

The food in the restaurant is lovely! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I had a back, shoulders, chest and head massage by Georgia B who was lovely and the massage was amazing!

Lovely day with my daughter very relaxing. Not sure I would eat there again though quite expensive menu when really more light bites options needed for a lunch time especially when having treatment and swimming etc. Overall it was a lovely day and would go again.

I came with friend my massage was brilliant but my friends was more like a gentle brush over - shame as everything else was good I visit Colchester regularly and find the facilities better there for summer as gardens lovely and plenty of room for sun loungers but bury is obviously nicer inside with a lovely lounge and seatees
