- We had a fantastic day, staff wee friendly and welcoming and attended to all our needs and made us feel special. The only problem we found was the continuous looped music everywhere. I did ask if I could have my treatments without the music but was told that wasn’t possible as it was streamed everywhere. I know everyone has there preferences but I would have preferred no music or a longer loop in the music as by the end of the day I didn’t feel relaxed. I did mention it to a few staff and other guests and they all agreed. My other concern was the food, it wasn’t very good. The service was perfect but the quality was poor.
- The food in the restaurant is lovely! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I had a back, shoulders, chest and head massage by Georgia B who was lovely and the massage was amazing!
- Lovely day with my daughter very relaxing. Not sure I would eat there again though quite expensive menu when really more light bites options needed for a lunch time especially when having treatment and swimming etc. Overall it was a lovely day and would go again.
- I came with friend my massage was brilliant but my friends was more like a gentle brush over - shame as everything else was good I visit Colchester regularly and find the facilities better there for summer as gardens lovely and plenty of room for sun loungers but bury is obviously nicer inside with a lovely lounge and seatees
