The Treatment was lovely and relaxation room was nice too. It was a shame the pool area was very busy the day we visited so unable to use half of the facilities as it was so busy. Enjoyed the stem rooms though as they are large with plenty of space

The massage & the young girls were wonderful, on arrival there was only 1 staff member booking people in for Spa’s , swimming etc , she did her very best but more staff would have been easier for everyone. The facilities at the spa on our visit were terrible, the jacuzzi’s water was dirty , people in them waiting for the 6 minutes to start all the time not getting out at all . Not enough beds or chairs in the pool area , there was 4 of us that went and all of us were very disappointed on everything apart from the massage. Sorry to say that it was our first Spa we’d been to and it was a Birthday present for my friend , on behalf of all of us we won’t be returning. Disappointed K. Pelling .

I’ve been before but in this occasion the food was really below par. A plonked on a plate reheated rubbery uncut panini for £5.90 is very poor. Last time the panini was fresh and it had a bit of side salad on it. Talking of salads, thought the menu is clear on calories for each dish, why aren’t here more healthy options in a gym? A super food salad would be a great addition. Treatments were lovely, that space is very nice. The pool area could be a bit better, but plenty of places to sit. But the food really needs an upgrade.
