Overall a good experience but felt the ladies changing room lockers needed attention as some wouldn’t lock so had to try numerous ones before I could enter the spa! The robes were old and with broken pull throughs for the belt, so kept losing the belt. The swimming pool felt a little too cold after being in a warm treatment room and jacuzzi . The staff were all wonderful and very attentive m. Loved the treatment I will definitely recommend the Swedish massage. The food was very nice. Overall well worth the money a very enjoyable experience.

    Very Good
We had a hot stone massage with scalp massage which was really good! Cannot fault it and the therapists were lovely. It just didn’t feel like much of a spa day as there aren’t many facilities and it was very busy as the gym members use the facilities which is fair enough but it was a week day so I suppose I didn’t think it would be as busy. I guess we were just expecting a proper spa day but there was no where to sit around the pool to relax, the pool itself was freezing so we didn’t want to go in which was our choice, but the jacuzzi was full and no one wanted to get out and there’s only a steam room and sauna left which again were full of gym members. So we literally had our treatments and then left. The spa day should have been £139pp but I got it in the sale so in all honesty I would have been a bit disappointed if I had paid full price for the experience we had.

The spa was welcoming, which was largely down to the people working there. From front of house, to in and around the various areas all of them were super friendly, helpful, professional and know their stuff
