- The pool and steam and sauna facilities were not nice, there was a horrible smell of urine and it was very very busy for it's small size, likely because it's attached to the gym upstairs I imagine. The steam room is tiny and there were ten people crammed in there so it was just uncomfortable. The whole building was freezing so walking round in a bathing suit to the spa treatments was very cold and we had to wait in the cold lobby for nearly twenty minutes before being taken through. The treatments themselves were nice, my skin feels lovely after the full body scrub but the therapists seemed more interested in selling products after than our wellbeing. Parking was also a nightmare, the Ncp is so tight to drive round and you only get validated parking for three hours so if you wanted to stay for a full day or would cost you a bomb. Overall would much rather go elsewhere and for £65pp I would expect far more.
- I didn't use the entire facility because I only attended for my treatments on the day. I had a deep 55 min deep tissue massage followed by a 55 min facial. I enjoyed the entire experience because therapist was very professional and helpful. I left feel rejuvenated and will definitely book future treatments.
