    Very Good
I used to visit this spa many years ago when it was just Clarice House Spa. I felt although there were many new lovely additions like the water beds and more relaxation beds, some areas of the spa were looking tired or dirty. -when in the waterfall pool I noticed there was a dirty brown scum around each of the pillars which can easily be cleaned off. -In the jacuzzi the push buttons need replacing as there were dirty and torn. - I’m glad I brought my own robe and slippers etc as £25 deposit then just £15 back I felt was expensive even though you could keep the bag and slippers. -The food has improved on portion size since my last visit and was delicious. -As you walked from reception to the the restaurant there was a girl on her computer in the corner, who was there all day….i felt she could maybe have looked up and greeted people as they walked through and could have upsold some of the Elemis products there especially when we stopped there looking at the products discussing them between ourselves for about 5 minutes…a sale definitely lost there. -At the end of the day we couldn’t get our locker refund as the system was down the lady said she would sort it out later with the other ones she had to do. I’ve yet to receive my refund of £4. Overall a lovely day the massage given by Maddy was excellent.

    Excellent
Mine and my partners treatment and use of your lovely spa was wonderful and very much needed. We got it through a 60% off voucher because otherwise we probably wouldn’t have been able to afford it and so with that the value for money was great and we felt very well treated and welcome. The receptionist that greeted is was very kind and informative but I unfortunately cannot remember her name. Thank you very much for a lovely experience

    Poor
The spa treatments were good, but the spa was obviously over booked as we could barely use the facilities. There were not enough relaxation beds or loungers around the edge of the pool. I over heard one staff member say they had over 140 spa guests booked in for the day which is far too many for the size of the facilities.
