    Very Good
Overall a good day. My only constructive criticism is that they need cushions on the loungers by the pool. Rattan furniture is not great without cushions!

    Excellent
Lovely spa, felt relaxed and pampered, facilities were very good. But one of my group unfortunately didn't have a good treatment experience as her therapist wore latex gloves to do her facial

    Very Good
I was but unsure when I arrived as Bannatyne has some sub par spas but this really exceeded my expectations. It’s set in a nice big old country building with a modern attachment where the spa actually is. On arrival but stressful as there was no parking - people had to park on the icy, grassy verge! But this was due to the business of fitness classes and it improved. Nice big changing rooms, clean, lockers were easy to use. The actual spa area was busy but very big so always room to do something. I used the bubbly pool and indoor sauna while I waited for the main jacuzzi which was extremely busy. Spa highlight was the outdoor sauna while- hot and clean with an incredibly calming view of the gardens. It felt like being in Sweden! There was also an ice plunge bath but that’s definitely not for me. Nice hot stone massage with a friendly therapist - though the spa itself was the highlight for me.

    Good
I went with my husband and had Swedish back, neck & shoulder, & scalp massage. The therapists were very professional and both of us were pleased with the pressure. We used the hydro pool but the water was cold so wasn’t enjoyable. The jacuzzi temperature was better but very busy & people waiting to use. Again the sauna had a nice temperature but people waiting to get in and warm up from poolside. Steam room was out of action and maintenance was working on it.
