    Good
Staff were helpful when explaining where the facilities were when we arrived. The changing room floors were a little grubby in the cubicle. There was only 11 chairs around the pool and 4 loungers. Not enough seating to go round. Jacuzzi too busy to use. Loaded fries and nachos very disappointing. Hardly any topping. Quite dry 😢 and they weren’t that cheap. Relaxation room was lovely and the massage I had was amazing. To hire a spa bag which includes flip flops, towel and dressing gown was £20pp. £10 of this is refunded at the end of the spa day. You keep the bag and flip flops. I’d recommend taking your own flip flops and towel and just hire the dressing gown (sure that’s an option)

    Very Good
Spa trip was great, and a great Christmas present for my mam. The spa was good overall, but the showers were freezing and the toilets didn't flush amazingly. The neck, shoulder and back massage was brilliant. The scalp massage was a bit meh, I don't think I would get it again, but back massage I would! Did not try the food but it looked nice.

    Very Good
The treatment was incredible, great value for money and the therapist was amazing. However the spa facilities were a bit of a let down. The stairs to the pool weren't clean and felt grubby. Someone was shaving in the steam room. There were only 4 loungers and only a few chairs which seemed to taken by parents who's children were having a swimming lesson so there was the morning became busier people were standing around which felt awkward. The treatment part was amazing but the "spa" side was giving council swimming baths. I'd 100% book back in for another treatment I just wouldn't bother with the pool.
