    Good
The spa here is not separate to the general heath club. This means you are sharing most of the facilities with the health club members, which generates a busy atmosphere and not one which promotes relaxation. The ‘facilities’, consist of a swimming pool, a small sauna, a small steam room and 1 jacuzzi which are not just for the use of the spa, therefore were crowded and again, not relaxing. There were also only 4 loungers around the pool, so good luck getting onto one of those! Our treatment was a 45 minute Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage with a scalp massage as-well. Although I cannot complain with the quality of the massage, we were 10 minutes late into getting our treatment through the lateness of the therapists, not us. The ‘45 minute’ treatment I was expecting, lasted more around 30 minutes by the time we exited the treatment rooms. Although we paid to hire the spa robes, towels and flip flops, which were £40 for two of us, with £20 being refunded once we returned them, this was in-fact a waste of money and myself and my partner did not make us of any of the facilities and left directly after our treatments. I do not believe that this was a true value of the money spent and I left fairly dissatisfied.

The staff at the reception and the treatment room were fantastic so polite and friendly. My facial was fantastic for my skin it felt so much better even two days later. The only negative I would say is the pool was small and not much space around it and only two beds.
