    Very Good
Really enjoyed our spa day. We made use of the gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool. We also ate lunch in the cafe before heading for our massage. The massage was only 15/20 minutes long and the therapist did not apply much pressure even when I asked her to increase the pressure so my massage wasn't very good, more like a tickle. Other than that the experience was good and great value for money.

The treatment area and treatments themselves were really good, to call it a ‘spa’ is an overstatement. It is essentially a gym that has a pool (that was quite cold & there were kids swimming lessons going on), that had a sauna, steam room & jacuzzi). Beware that the prices we got on the email confirmation for costs on the day had gone up when we got there. Overall good day, but not great.

Was a bit cold. Staff did say we’re having a new boiler fitted so may have been because of that. Woman on reception was lovely and friendly and professional
