    Poor
Spa was dirty, run down, no robes available despite repeated emails about hiring spa bags. Changing rooms were disgusting. Treatment was unlike any others I have had and felt unpleasant and more stressful rather than relaxing.

    Good
Wasn’t as happy with the pool as it had sharp bits in the bottom. The hygiene was not good it looked very dirty. Showers was cold even when I turn it all the way hot. When in the spa I understand treatment was 45 minutes however we had less time that this even though we was already ready. We already filled forms online and was told to fill them again.

It wasn't the best. The cafe wasn't doing food as the staff were off sick, the staff were lovely and did get a baguette for my daughter. As I am vegan all I could have was a bag of nuts and a naked bar. The pool was very cloudy and I couldn't see where I was swimming, the jacuzzi was cold and there were only a few loungers by the pool. The relaxation room was good. The massage was good, therapists were lovely. In fact all the staff were lovely but I wouldn't return.

    Poor
Booked a massage and facial. Worst massage as the therapist just applied oil and said the Swedish massage was no pressure. Sorry but did not enjoy the whole experience. No value for money

    Very Good
The location was ideal as close to home. The facilities - pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi were packed so we couldn't use in comfort. The facial was less that 25mins and very basic with no communication from the therapist. It also seemed like they were low on products. It wasn't very relaxing.
