- Lovely day well priced Locker room tied but adequate. Spa day was overall lovely
- My experience with Harley was good. My friend’s experience with the other therapist wasn’t great. She felt they had been abrupt and unwelcoming. Facilities such as the loo, water etc. were not pointed out and I had to keep asking. The staff are young and probably just need some more customer experience training.
- Bit optimistic at first, but once seen Spa area and treatment rooms, then it felt therapeutic.Will come back for different treatments.
