    Good
My experience with Harley was good. My friend’s experience with the other therapist wasn’t great. She felt they had been abrupt and unwelcoming. Facilities such as the loo, water etc. were not pointed out and I had to keep asking. The staff are young and probably just need some more customer experience training.
