- Visited for a spa day but apart from the gym and treatment there wasn't much to do as the swimming pool was set up and being used by serious swimmers. Cafe very poor for the environment it is in but the back, neck and shoulder massage was excellent.
- The treatment was amazing but the facilities were basic and very busy, the sauna was extremely small, only about 4 people could fit in it. The pool was full so didn’t have a chance to go in and the loungers were oddly set up around the pool, it didn’t feel very relaxing at all. The food was poor and I asked for a shake that was given to me in a large dirty pint glass. Not the experience I was expecting for the amount paid.
- I was very disappointed as my treatment wasn't until the afternoon. I arrived in the morning as was told I had use of facilities including pool all day. The pool was being used for an aerobics class so couldn't use it until 11am. Could use the jacuzzi but had to listen to booming music like ymca while class was going on. It was not the relaxing experience I was looking forwards to
- Old, dated, toilets smelly. Steam room not working. Refund for lockers still not come through on card. Would not go back
- I feel that the Spa suit needed a receptionist as we were stood around in a dark room which looked closed until the therapist finished with their last customer. And we were told to go and wait in the front cafeteria where all members were sitting which I didn’t feel comfortable to do. The therapist that took me in had to ask me what treatment I was having, the treatment was 10 minutes late. Then after care was written on a lined piece of paper out of a scrap book, and there was no where to go and relax after the treatment. Can’t comment on food. Didn’t have anything from there.
