Having never been to a Bannatyne Spa before, my sister and I were surprised, as we had expected it to be a Spa day, when in fact it is a pool area, with no seating, just the extra addition of a sauna that was being cleaned, a steam room and a very overcrowded hot tub. In fact we thought the whole area was too over crowded and not the experience we expected. We hadn't taken a towel just some flip flops, as when ever we have previously been to a spa day, these have always been provided. If it wasn't for the Relaxation Room that we spent most of the time in we would have been very disappointed indeed. Shame really, as we had been looking forward to our day.

    Very Good
Had a lovely time with my friends but it was annoying that there had been an error with our booking and only 2 of the 4 of us had a booking for a treatment. Thankfully Bannatynes were accommodating but it added stress that I didn’t need on what was meant to be my birthday treat…

Outside pool broken awaiting part but not informed of this was freezing. Spar was told to wait in this dark smelly room did not find relaxing at all. Felt was just being sold product though out my facial. Therapist asked halfway through, is this 40 minute treatment or 25 minute treatment. Think got about a 30 min treatment. Treatment at 12 so all done by 12.30. So only there for 2 hours.
