I was really disappointed I booked this as a gift for my friends 30th birthday present. The treatment room was freezing, the therapist had freezing cold hands whilst doing my massage and it really wasn’t enjoyable I left feeling really cold and uncomfortable. The leisure facilities were disappointing, the pool was way to busy to even go in, the steam room was broken, the sauna was way to busy and same with the jacuzzi. So overall not an enjoyable day. Which is a shame as I had been to the Cardiff one in the past and it was much nicer

The actual spa treatment was great and the staff were really friendly. When i arrived to check in at the spa area there were no staff present. Someone arrived just after my treatment was due. This Bannatyne seems to be under staffed as we also had to wait to be serviced when buying drinks. A bit slow service.

Nice relaxing time. Treatments were so relaxing and good value for money. Lovely relaxation room, we made good use of the pool, sauna and steam room too.

The treatments were amazing and we felt so relaxed and enjoyed every minute of it. However the use of the facilities was a bit of a let down. The relaxation room was full apart from two beds which were freezing cold and someone said they wasn’t working properly. The jacuzzi was full so didn’t manage to use this. The steam room was nice but overcrowded, and the sauna didn’t seem very warm. The members kind of overtook and overcrowded everything, it would’ve been better if it was separated in some way. It was also disappointing to have to pay £10 for use of robe etc and told we get to keep the flip flops and then told they had no mediums available and I would have to have either xl or small which was no good to me. The treatments however were worth the money!
