    Very Good
This isn't a fancy spa - it's a gym, so don't set your expectations too high. But if you're on a budget looking for a relaxing day, it does the job. I really enjoyed it and the staff were so kind. The facilities weren't anything special but I liked them.

    Good
This is not a Spa but a Health Club. Staff all super friendly & polite. Health Club itself is a bit dismal, however treatment rooms are adequate enough for spa treatments. Had a facial with the lovely Chloe, very professional, treatment was a delight, throughly enjoyed it. Only negative I have is that, within the treatment room, noise from the club itself can be heard & it did get noisy with the change facilities being above/next door, not ideal when having a relaxing treatment. Chloe very apologetic, obviously no fault of hers. Could not fault the facial, she did a smashing job.

    Poor
Treatments was very average, one if the girls was clearly a trainee and did not really know what she was doing, we should be informed of this as we was expecting higher quality for bannatyne, not impressed to be honest. Overall lovely girls but clearly one of them was training and the treatments was very average which anybody could have done
