    Very Good
Swimming pool area a little dated now and needed a good clean in some areas. Overall spa experience ok but timings delayed and pedicure didn’t feel as ‘luxury’ as expected and was carried out on a bed rather than Sat up in a chair as I would normally expect. Therapist very friendly 👍

The spa, staff and treatments were really good. We encountered a couple of very rude members who seemed to dislike non members and made us feel very unwelcome by their comments. This happened on two separate occasions.
