    Very Good
Treatment was basic, not much to it and did not feel any different leaving the room. Just a light stroke of the back and then a basic cleanse tone and moisturise I could have done myself. Head massage was pointless Main pool freezing and the jacuzzi in that area had many tiles missing

    Excellent
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ardencote Spa, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely divine, with a variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor, making every meal a memorable highlight of the stay. The services were impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests feel pampered and relaxed. The treatments were expertly delivered, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and utterly relaxed. The overall ambiance of Ardencote Spa is pure luxury. From the serene surroundings to the meticulously maintained facilities, every detail is thoughtfully curated to create a tranquil escape. It’s a place where you can truly unwind and indulge in a bit of self-care. I would highly recommend Ardencote Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch food and services. It’s a little slice of paradise that I can’t wait to visit again!

    Good
The spa is nice and the treatments and staff were good. Having shared changing rooms with general hotel guests/golfers/leisure club members isn’t ideal but not the end of the world. The hotel is dated but comfortable enough, the destination spa area is of a higher standard generally. The pool area is full of kids with floats etc so not exactly relaxing. The food here was pretty terrible and really let the whole experience down. Breakfast was ok but getting a tea/coffee difficult. The lunch was a 4/10, dinner 2/10 and pretty inedible. It wasn’t hot and tasted like it had all been reheated. Not good at all.

    Good
The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Food wasn’t up to par at all, then portions were okay, but the quality was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend for eating. When going to destination spa that section was nice, the normal changing rooms used by all public was not up to. A nice standard felt like a run down gym or leisure centre changing rooms
