In a luxury manor house built in the 17th century, romantics and wellness enthusiasts can discover a world of wellbeing in the Hampshire countryside.

A luxury manor house hotel with history

Quob Park is a truly unique destination - a boutique hotel in a former coach house, built in 1707, it's brimming with heritage features combined with the best of modern hospitality. There are 10 beautifully designed rooms, some even featuring private dining and spa facilities, and all with individual details that give them their own unique style.

A hotel and spa with its own vineyard

The hotel is just a five-minute drive from the eponymous 180-acre Quob Park estate, which weaves its influence throughout the hotel and spa experiences. The estate was once owned by the Lords of North Fareham and is blessed with its own vineyard, deer park and a history dating back to the Doomsday Book. It's a beautiful place for a stroll or perhaps a wine tasting or two.

Wine and dine courtesy of Michelin-trained chefs

Harnessing the hotel's estate-to-plate ethos and their own organic kitchen gardens, vineyard, winery and orchards, dining at the hotel is a treat. Taking you on a gastronomic journey, within the Old House itself you will find Restaurant 1707, where they serve an a la carte menu and meals throughout the day. There is also the Cafe de Paris Club Bar and The Old Tea House with its popular Tea House Terrace, where they have a delectable grazing menu, and in addition you can book wine tastings and pairings with a gourmand menu at the nearby Estate's vineyard, wine bar and tasting lounge.

A multi-sensory spa

The Rose Quartz Spa is an enchanting experience, wrapping you up in a sense of feel-good-factor thanks to rustic but stylish interiors and a whole host of facilities to enjoy. An affirmation of what it is to feel looked after, there are multiple spa gardens with outdoor facilities, as well as a thermal suite including infrared loungers, saunas, steam rooms, halotherapy, experience showers and more. Make sure you take your time to enjoy it.

Harnessing the power of aromatherapy and vinotherapy

In keeping with the estate's vineyard, the spa treatments harness the power of aromatherapy and vinotherapy (the wellbeing benefits of grape vines), delivering holistic wellbeing that’s all about helping you feel your best. In addition, they use generously sized, with ergonomic Gharieni beds, which are known for offering ultimate support and comfort.
