Scotland's Spa Hotel is a privately owned destination. The proprietor is Fionn MacCumhaill, who purchased it in January 2019, and has invested significantly in it since then.
Located in the heart of the beautiful Victorian town of Pitlochry, Scotland's Spa Hotel is in a tranquil spot just off the main A9 road and around 25 miles north of Perth. For those travelling by car, head along Bonnethill Road, and you will find the hotel is 100 yards up the hill and on your left. If you're travelling by coach, the main routes north and south serve Pitlochry from bus\coach stops adjacent to the hotel. Pitlochry’s main line train station is also situated a short walk from the hotel.
What's included in a spa day at Scotland's Spa Hotel depends on the experience that you book. The spa and leisure facilities include a steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and an indoor pool. There are also three treatment rooms where therapists use Thalgo products in a range of face and body therapies.

Afternoon tea is served in Mr. Fisher’s Coffee Lounge, the Garden Room or in the award-winning gardens. The bar area is The Coach House and they too serve light bits after 11am.
