You will also enjoy a 55 minute Made for Life Deeply Relaxing Touch Therapy spa treatment, which is a deeply relaxing spa treatment of slow, soothing movements tailored to your needs. It is hard to separate the four-star hotel and Five Bubble spa – they have all been designed with user friendly cohesion in mind.

Ideal for couples, the spa also includes a Hidden Sanctuary which has a private pool, dual treatment room, and a sleep pod for two. This is an over-18s only venue, perfect for a grown-up getaway. Lifehouse do not accept bookings for Hen and Stag Parties. In the Restaurant, tables of more than 6 people are subject to availability and must be pre authorised by the hotel.
