A four-star hotel, Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa has 26 rooms and suites, some of which honour the heritage of the property and others of which are in the more contemporary West Wing extension. The hotel is also home to The Sheridan Lounge, formerly Lord Crewe’s dining room, where they serve afternoon teas and drinks. Meanwhile, The Brasserie bar and restaurant is where all meals are served.
The spa facilities, which include a gym and studio complete with a spectrum of classes from aerobics to yoga; a pool, sauna, steam room, spa bath, ice fountain, experience shower, whirlpool and a relaxation room. The spa has six treatment rooms, where therapists offer a unique collection of ELEMIS therapies and rituals.
Accessible facilities include:
- Six purpose-built disabled bedrooms.
- Vibrating pads to assist waking guests with hearing disabilities in the event of a fire alarm are available at reception.
- An evac chair is also available to enable staff, to assist with the emergency evacuation, is available at reception.
- Accessible toilets are located on the ground and first floor.
- The leisure club is located on the ground floor with easy access from the leisure car park.
- A designated accessible toilet and changing area is located within the leisure club, as well as a wheel-in shower room with a drop-down seat and grab rails.
- Access to the poolside is on the same level and there are steps with a handrail leading into the shallow end of the pool.
