It's easy to get to by car using the postcode CB23 6BW, and there are 200 parking spaces on site. For those travelling by train, Cambridge Station is 12 miles away or a 24-minute transfer by taxi. King's Cross/St. Pancras is 50 miles away and there is a regular train service running throughout the day, taking as little as 48 minutes.

The Reception desk is located on the ground floor of the hotel in the entrance lobby. There are six purpose built disabled rooms on all floors. There are no steps or slopes on the main corridors and public areas on the ground floor. Accessible toilet facilities are located near to the bar and reception. All the restaurant, bar and lounge facilities at The Doubletree by Hilton Cambridge Belfry are located on the ground floor making them easily accessible. Meeting rooms are located on the ground floor and are fully accessible from Reception. The patio area can be accessed via the bar and courtyard doors which are level and paved.
