    The water in the pool was cold None of the empty lockers were working so had to leave our belongings in manager’s office (not a great start to our relaxing day) The staff in spa and restaurant were amazing and the afternoon tea was great quality!

    Spa was fantastic, visited with friends but all booked separate so our spa and afternoon tea timings where all different. Staff were amazing they managed to rearrange to allow us to have our treatment and afternoon tea at the same time. Very welcoming and friendly, especially Pat in the restaurant, thank you!

    Wasn’t quite what I was expecting, instructions are to get there 30 mins before spa treatment so we arrived by 10:30am for our 11am treatment, was left sitting in the reception after getting changed for about 25 minutes taking us to 11:25 when someone finally said they’re just getting up for our treatment. So nearly an hour later, deducting the time away from the use of the other spa facilities. After the treatment joined to the pool area which had screaming kids in and all the beds was taken so there was no where to put our towels and robes. Got into the Hot tub and realised some was missing tiles which wasn’t the most appealing and it kept going off for long periods of time. There was no staff about to ask for help. Just wasn’t the experience I was hoping for and won’t be going back.

    I had a wonderful day at the spa and an amazing inner calm massage by Natalie. I used the sauna and robe, towel and slippers provided. The day finished off with a sparkling afternoon tea, which was a lovely selection of sandwiches and cakes, tea or coffee and a glass of prosecco.I was even provided with tin foil to take home my clotted cream and jam scone.
