- Incredibly small space, very difficult to enjoy with more than 2 people in the whole place. M partner had a massage and the first 45 mins, the therapist only massaged his calves and feet- nothing else which was extremely odd. With only 2 facilities- jacuzzi and steam room- you'd be hard pushed to spend more than 30 mins here in my opinion.
- Products used seemed poor quality - quite runny, mask for facial quite harsh. Asked on form for therapist to concentrate on back- she just did my shoulders. Therapist didn’t say a word apart from “turn over please” Spa very clean & spa receptionist friendly
- Not happy at all,the spa was not clean after previous customers,floor was wet,used slippers everywhere,empty water bottles everywhere,the spa receptionist wasn’t really welcoming,looks like she wa angry when she saw us,because she has to show to us the spa,she went to bring it towels for us and then she orgot,so she bring towels 45 min later,we still had about 10 min left to use spa and she walked in with other couple for spa,so really not happy about that 1 hour spa,only 1 good think we had very good massage after the spa,can’t remember the names of two girls,but massage was very good
- Lovely little spa, we got the place to ourselves there were 2 of us. The pool was heated perfectly as was the sauna. Massages were great. Plus every member of staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Afternoon tea room was very lush, sandwiches were tasty and pastries were very sweet! 5 stars all round!

- Originally, they didn't have any record of our booking. We were then put in room 003 which is the first room in the building, next door to the reception and lift. The ''view'' from the bedroom window looked out to the building fans, which you could hear all night and the bathroom window backed on to a wall. The handsoap was empty in the bathroom, the pillows on the bed were very flat and you could hear every word spoken outside the room. It was also where they stored luggage and cleaning products apparently, so we walked out to that. Then, at breakfast, we were told we didn't have this included in our stay even though I had confirmation that we did, but I shouldn't have argued to enforce it as the breakfast was extremely subpar and very small. The Spa was also tiny, we were in there with another couple and had to awkwardly rotate between the jacuzzi and steam room with them as all of us being in either at the same time would have been pretty cramped. Overall, incredibly disappointed.
- Lovely stay. Was lucky enough to get upgraded to a Club Room which was lovely. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant and at breakfast also very nice. Would definitely stay again.
