    Good
Reception staff friendly and locker key provided. Pool, steam & sauna were nice but too busy, jacuzzi was too small and seats not low enough to get my shoulders in. Changing rooms and showers were really good. Big let down was the treatment, felt like max 8 minutes massage on back. I use the term massage lightly as loads of oil/balm but no pressure! The lady kept talking to me so I had to lift my head to hear her, not relaxing at all. Followed by turning me over for 10 mind scalp massage which I had to ask her to stop before the end as I'd had enough, she didn't move around the head and neck just stayed in one spot whole time, I thought she'd nodded off. Will not waste my money on a treatment there again. £46 paid. Changing room
